Week of June 12

The week of June 12 had the Film Festival in it. The movies that were shown were repetitive because i was there 3 times so the movies got pretty boring for me honestly. I would have liked to see my movie on the big screen well because i wanted my movie on it.

Week of June 5th

We finished editing the film and are considering ideas for our 3rd and final film. We turned in our film and are waiting.

Week of May 22nd

The week of May 22nd, we started filming our music video on Tuesday on.

Week of May 15th

For the week of May 15th, we got our actors and edited he music in our film.

Week of May 8th

For the week of may 8th, we edited the film and got the actors we needed for the project.

Week of May 1st

This week we pitched our new idea for our film and we have been drawing the storyboards. THat is all we have done this week.

Week of April 24th

This week, we edited the film and finished it on Wednesday. We showed it to you and you said it was better than our last one.

Week of April 17

This week of April 17, we filmed on Monday/Thursday, and we edited on Tuesday and Thursday. We need to import more footage and we should be finished by today or by the end of Monday.

Week of April 10

This week we filmed on Tuesday and Thursday because our other PSA pretty much was bad. We filmed those you days and got about 3/4 of the PSA completed. We were editing on Wednesday and Thursday and planning ht alighting and the shots.

Week of April 3rd

This week we were editing the PSA and reviewing it and choosing the shots to go with he film. We also put music and presented it to our teacher. We could have done a better job and are considering reshooting the whole film again.

Week of March 27th, 2015

Film crew, Angel, Caroline, Steven, and Brian. This week we shot most of our PSA and started to think of new ways to improve it. we did multiple shots of the same scene and decided to go with a more Quentin Tarantino following the character type of shot. We started editing and fixing the film. Thats is all we did this week.

What Music Means to Me

Music is art. Music is everything that the mind can imagine and put into notes and meaning. When a musical artist puts passion into his music, you are able to hear it. Feeling the raw emotion coming into your ears is something that not everybody can do. For example, in Rock music, emotion can be heard in the instruments playing, you can feel how the player meant to put his/her song into our ears and the feeling is just amazing. In rap, emotion is felt through the lyrics and how the verses are rapped. In classical, a story can be told just from the music alone. From all of the arts, music for me, is the truest and most real form of expression. Not everybody can play music or sing, but everybody can listen and enjoy the music. I'm very open to music, because good music is good music, no matter what genre it is. Every musician had a different style and no one can copy their exact style and this is what makes music unique. Everybody's music will be different. These are my thought on music. Music is life.

Problems and Struggles

Problems and struggles of high school students can range from wide selection. Many can be bullied at school and have problems at school. Others can have problems at home. Others can have problems within themselves. Everybody has a problem, but many are not as severe as others. Being bullied is a major problem throughout schools in the United States. Other teenagers are abuse at home or have bad relationships with their families. Other students are mentally ill and do nothing to fix it. In my case, I don't have and major or life impacting problems, but other students do. The thing is, you can't tell from just looking at them. Many teenagers just tend to hide it because they might not want the attention from the problems, but if a teenager has a major problem, I would high;y recommend that they get help.

The Most Interesting Person in the World

One of my friends named Jessie is the most interesting person I personally know because he is random. He is pretty unpredictable because he down for his stuff, like really, he'll do a lot because that is his personality. He would dance in public, have crazy stories, and he's a good guy. He could talk for hours and make you laugh because he's a funny guy and the point here is, he is random. He os unpredictable in what he does because he does stuff a regular person wouldn't do.

My Anti-Drug

Well, my anti-drug is music. When playing music, I can't play it on a drug. When sober, the music playing comes easily to me because I know exactly what I am doing with my finger and hands while playing an instrument. This keeps me from doing drugs and also school. You can't do well in school while on drugs frequently. The influence of these drugs make you lazy and makes you want to sleep most of the time. Drugs are a thing people do to spend time and have a good time, but these drugs can affect who you are because they change how you feel and how a person acts. Music and school is what keeps me from doing these drugs all the time. You wouldn't want to be in school, while under the influence of a drug because it's not worth it. If you want to do drugs, it's your choice, but i recommend to do them when there is nothing scheduled or important to do at the time you experiment on them.

What I Learned from An Inconvenient Truth

Al Gore showed the world is a beautiful place. It is our only home, all of humanity has and is occurring here on Earth, and we are destroying it from our pollution. He played an emotional role on the people watching the presentation, telling the people on the decisions they have made to contribute their impact on the Earth. Gore made the people think about their future generations and how they will have to deal with the problem they have caused with their poor choices to take care of the Earth.

       The problem with this is that people are not willing to take sacrifices, small little changes in our daily commute, or daily life that can lower the emissions and change the emissions and use of carbon.
